2. Subscription Cancellation

3. Plan Changes

If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan:

  • The upgrade takes effect immediately

3.2 Downgrading Your Plan

  • No refund will be provided for the difference in pricing

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While our no-refund policy is strict, we may consider exceptions in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors (verified by our team)
  • Service unavailability for extended periods (as determined by our service level agreement)
  • Unauthorized charges (subject to verification and investigation)

Any exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of FineTune Studio management.

5. Free Trial Period

If we offer a free trial period:

  • You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged
  • If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription
  • Once charged, the no-refund policy applies

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing:

  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Abuse the service or other users

No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to violations.
