2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal or commercial purposes subject to these Terms and Conditions. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

Under this license you may not:

  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

4. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Billing cycles are set on a regular basis, typically monthly or yearly.

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FineTune Studio and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service:

  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate FineTune Studio, a FineTune Studio employee, another user, or any other person or entity
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
  • To generate content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any laws

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
